Getting prequalified with ENG Lending is quick and easy, but it helps to know what you'll need going in. Below you will find a list of the most common items we need when you are ready to apply for your loan.
Employed
• 2 most recent W2's
• 2 most recent pay stubs
• A copy of your photo ID
• One other ID (social security card, birth certificate, etc.)
Self-Employed
• Two most recent and complete tax returns: all schedules (for self-employed borrowers). Include business taxes.
• 2 most recent bank statements for all checking, savings, and retirement accounts (all pages included).
